About our Art Workshops (Invictus)
Invictus Wellbeing will be providing a number of art workshops over a couple of days in beautiful outdoor spaces locally.
These workshops will get you creative, get outdoors and meeting new people.
Our year 3, 4 and 5 group will focus on self esteem, confidence building, perception, adaptability and coping with change
Our year 6, 7 and 8 group will focus on transition, change and new beginnings
Locations:
11th August: WellHolme Park, Bradford Road, Brighouse HD6 4AF - by the flower garden.
12th August: Ogden Water (by picnic tables)

FAQs
What are the facilities like?
We will be using open to the public spaces but we will be using quieter and more secluded spaces there.
What if I Like it, Can I do it Again?
If you try the taster session and really enjoy it, you will find out about how you can access more art based projects and groups.
What's the price?
Completely Free! If you would like to make a donation to Invictus Wellbeing so that we can continue to offer young people free mental health support, projects and activities, you can donate here.
Do I need to bring anything?
No, we will provide all equipment that you need. Please make sure you bring weather appropriate clothing (okay to get dirty etc) and any sun hats/cream, water etc.
How do I get there?
There is usually free parking at both venues but this is not guaranteed.
Can I come with a friend?
Yes you can but please make sure they have also booked on using the form above. One booking needs to be made for each participant.
What is the age range?
Age ranges are described as above. We have 2 sessions for younger children and 2 sessions for transition age children.
Will I be forced to do anything?
No! Is the simple answer to that question. We always want to push you to do your best and get out of your comfort zone but we'll never force you to do something you can't. We do, however, expect you to challenge yourself and get involved to the best of your abilities.
