About our offer
Psychological Trainings is a service transformation programme focused on improving existing children and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS).

- Behaviour activation
- Graded exposure
- Sleep support

We currently offer support to:

- Young people 11-17 (or 6-11 for parent-led support or able to engage appropriate in intervention).
- Residing in, registered at a GP or attending a school/college in Calderdale, Bradford or Kirklees.
- Are able to attend sessions in person in the community and/or online via video call.
