The Employee Empowerment Programme was developed by Invictus Wellbeing and C&K Careers in partnership with Calderdale Cares Partnership. The service focuses on offering person-centred, trauma-informed mental health and wellbeing support to young  adults at risk of losing employment due to sickness and long-term health issues. We offer timely, effective and accessible support and accept referrals from GPs, Professionals and Employers.

To access this programme,

you must:

• Be 16-30 years of age

• Currently employed

• At risk or rising risk of losing employment due to mental health related absences

• Want to access free counselling/1:1 support
