Commercial Executive (Volunteer Position Initially)

Invictus Wellbeing Charitable Foundation requires our first community/commercial engagement team member to generate revenue through all of our marketing and business engagement channels.

Unlike other charitable foundations, Invictus not only raises revenue through private and corporate sponsorship, events and donations but also through the commercial supply of wellbeing services to the private sector. We believe strongly that all children and young people should have access to free, timely and effective mental health support: all profits made from the supply of wellbeing services are reinvested into our charitable objectives.

The role demands a proactive person with a sales background or interest in sales, excellent communication skills and a dedication to helping raise the revenue required for the provision of wellbeing services to the children and young people in West Yorkshire and beyond.

Understanding that your work positively and directly affects the future of children and young people can be the most rewarding motivations available to anyone.

You will be responsible for all revenue raising activities and work closely with colleagues and the board of directors, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, based at our facility in Halifax, West Yorkshire.

Coaching and mentoring are available to help improve and enhance your skills and capabilities to give you the very best chance of success.

The position is full time or part-time with flexible working available for both time and location, for the right candidate.

The position will initially be for up to a 6-month period however it is envisaged that the position could become permanent depending on key performance indicators being met.

A competitive base salary is available with performance related compensation for exceptional results after an initial voluntary period.
